Terms and Conditions of Sale
By purchasing any packages and/or ticket, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- Suites are available by request at a limited quantity and will be based upon a first come first served basis.
- Subtotal of $598.00 (plus tax and service fees) FOR TWO GUESTS for a total due of $690 for two guests.
- All tickets are numbered and guests will be assigned to their seats.
- At the time of check-in every guest is required to present a credit card and a valid ID.
- For each show, everyone including children needs to have a valid concert ticket.
- Package deals are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled for any reason at any time.
- the type
of beds in each room is not guaranteed and is only based on availability by hotel at the time of check-in at 04:00 PM on December 23, 2010 and each room is sold based on double occupancy in this package.
- Guests are responsible for any extra charges for occupying the room with more than two persons.
- ARYA ENTERTAINMENT, Inc. is not responsible for any cancellation due to transportation delay, natural causes, protests, or the cancellation of any advertised performer and/or their performance.
- To be responsible and to hold ARYA ENTERTAINMENT, Inc. not liable for any expenses during my stay in the hotel to include in-room services, foods, other hotel services, early check-‐in or late checkouts and any property damage or lost/stolen items of my personal belonging during my stay.
- Agree to the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino's rules, policy and regulations that apply to this contract and the agree to all rules, terms and conditions of ARYA ENTERTAINMENT, Inc. and Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino and acknowledge that this SALE IS FINAL.
- CHECK IN TIME IS 04:00 PM ON DECEMBER 23, 2010 AND CHECK OUT IS 11:00 AM ON DECEMBER 26, 2010.
